Trip Journ is a personal travel organization and journaling application. It is designed to help you plan trips, record memories, manage travel-related details, and keep your experiences organized in one place.

We believe privacy should be understandable. This policy describes what information may be created through the app, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

Trip Journ allows you to enter and manage information related to your travel experiences. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Trip names, destinations, travel dates, plans, and notes
• Journal entries, moods, weather details, gratitude notes, and ratings
• Expense records, budgets, categories, and spending summaries
• Packing lists, bucket-list destinations, saved places, and achievements
• Photos and other memories that you choose to associate with a trip

When you choose to add a photo to a trip, journal entry, destination, or memory, the selected image is used to display that content inside the app.

Trip Journ does not access photos unless you actively select them through the available image-selection feature. You remain responsible for the images you add and may remove them from the app whenever the relevant feature allows.

Travel plans, journal entries, packing items, expenses, achievements, and other content created in Trip Journ are stored on your device so the app can display, organize, and update your information.

If you use any backup, restore, export, device-transfer, or system backup feature, the handling of that copied information may also depend on the destination, service, or device setting you choose.

Trip Journ does not sell your journal entries, travel plans, expense details, photos, or other personal app content.

The app does not use your personal travel content for targeted advertising, profiling, or unrelated marketing purposes.

Information may only be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, the developer, or the application.

You remain in control of the information you create in Trip Journ. Depending on the available app features, you may:

• Create, edit, or delete trips and journal entries
• Update or remove expense records and packing items
• Remove selected photos and saved memories
• Export, back up, or restore your information
• Clear app information through supported app or device settings

Removing the app or clearing its storage may permanently remove information that has not been separately backed up or exported.

Reasonable design and technical practices are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration of information handled by the app.

However, no digital storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protecting your device with an appropriate screen lock, device encryption, and secure backup settings can help protect the information stored within the app.

Trip Journ is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. The app is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

If you believe that information relating to a child under 13 has been handled through the app inappropriately, please contact us so the concern can be reviewed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's features, legal obligations, or privacy practices change. When an update is made, the revised policy will include a new “Last updated” date.
